Project Intern - Audience & Market Research

We are looking for 4 interns to support a qualitative audience insight project in Bengaluru. The role will involve assisting with field based research activities that help build an understanding of audience behaviour, motivations, and perceptions across a defined geography. Interns will work closely with the project lead and contribute primarily to on ground engagement and documentation during the research process.

Project Duration

What you will do

  1. Assist the project lead in field based research activities across the city.
  2. Support the organisation and coordination of interviews and group discussions.
  3. Participate in on ground observation exercises across selected public venues.
  4. Document key observations and discussion points during field engagements.
  5. Help manage participant logistics during research sessions.
  6. Maintain organised field notes and documentation from research activities.
  7. Assist with basic coordination required to run research sessions smoothly.

What you need

  1. Currently in the final year of undergraduate study, enrolled in a master’s programme, or a recent graduate.
  2. Ability to engage comfortably with people from varied backgrounds.
  3. Strong listening and observation skills.
  4. Reliability and attention to detail during fieldwork.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a small project team.
  6. Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for research activities.

Remuneration

  1. ₹35,000 – ₹45,000  for the project duration (10% TDS applicable)
