What you will do
- Assist the project lead in field based research activities across the city.
- Support the organisation and coordination of interviews and group discussions.
- Participate in on ground observation exercises across selected public venues.
- Document key observations and discussion points during field engagements.
- Help manage participant logistics during research sessions.
- Maintain organised field notes and documentation from research activities.
- Assist with basic coordination required to run research sessions smoothly.
What you need
- Currently in the final year of undergraduate study, enrolled in a master’s programme, or a recent graduate.
- Ability to engage comfortably with people from varied backgrounds.
- Strong listening and observation skills.
- Reliability and attention to detail during fieldwork.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small project team.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for research activities.

Remuneration
- ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 for the project duration (10% TDS applicable)
